We live out of state and purchased an investment property in Seaside Heights We decided to rent the house seasonal. John Anthony was referred to us by the town and we are very thankful. The professionlism and attention to detail is superior. Our unit is well maintained and the guests are always satisfied. John and Alyson keeps up in the loop with monthly reports and their process in vetting of our guests is priceless.

We've used John and Alyson to handle our property as we relocated out of state due to a change in life circumstances. They are professional, prompt and always willing to answer any questions we may have. They have knowledge of the area and have offered suggestions to bring our property to the next level. It is a relief to find people we can trust in our absence.

Alyson and John were great hosts. We booked one of their places for the Polar Plunge. The week leading up to the stay, they reached out and said they’re have been some problems with the house and it needed to be fixed. They were quickly able to change our house reservation to one of their other properties (even closer to the beach) and accommodated us with early check in and late check out. It was a very comfortable home to spend our time in. Tastefully decorated and local to all of our needs. Alyson and John responded quickly to answer any of our questions abd to resolve our problem. I will definitely book from them again.

The place was great and the hosts were super-responsive with answers to our questions. The pictures online don’t do it justice for how nice and large it is. The upstairs is great if you have multiple kids, since it’s an additional living room with multiple beds.

Loved this place. It was very close to the boardwalk/beach. The place was very well kept & clean. John & Alyson responded to my texts very quick. My family & I enjoyed our stay here. I would definitely rent this place again.

Alyson and John were excellent hosts and were very responsive to all our needs. They obtained a crib we needed and extra parking placards. They responded immediately to any questions we had. We will certainly rent from them in the future. Thank you!
